Welcome to Hollywood!​

We call these classes Hollywood as we base them on training that we have done to get people looking and feeling their best while getting ''Movie'' ready. Be it actually going on a big screen or beach ready and playing volleyball is required.... Cue Top Gun scene!
These classes are built around getting you strong, building muscle in the right places, and getting some conditioning in to show off all that hard work.
