Milo was in the military for 8 years serving in various roles for the British army and serving on multiple tours to Afghanistan. Since leaving the army he has pursued Coaching at all levels , including preparing soldiers to pass special forces selections, Competitive CrossFit athletes all the way to helping busy corporate professionals reach their goals while managing high stress positions in the day to day.
